Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using Milan (website, APIs, or mobile apps), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate information for a marriage-focused profile (for yourself or a family member you are authorized to represent).
• You may not use Milan for casual dating, harassment, scams, or commercial solicitation.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep login credentials and OTP codes confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Profiles must represent real people seeking marriage.
• Photos must be of the profile subject and follow our guidelines.
• Religion, community, denomination, and caste fields may be optional; misrepresentation or abusive use of these fields may lead to suspension.
• We may moderate, hide, or remove content that violates these Terms or Community Guidelines.

Expressing interest, matching, and chatting are privileges, not rights. Chat may unlock only after mutual interest. We may limit messages, scan for phone numbers / abuse patterns, and act on reports and blocks.

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, billing periods, and benefits are shown in-app or on the website. Payments are processed by third-party providers. See the Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, blackmail, or discriminate against others
• Post illegal, sexual, violent, or misleading content
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems
• Impersonate others or create fake / duplicate accounts
• Share others’ private data without permission
• Use the service for advertising or recruitment without consent

Milan branding, software, and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors. You keep ownership of content you upload, and grant us a license to host and display it to operate the service.

Milan facilitates introductions for matrimony; we do not guarantee matches, marriages, or the conduct of other users. Verify information independently before meeting offline. Meet in public places and inform family when arranging introductions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or AED 100 if none).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose safety risks. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
