Community Guidelines

Milan is for serious matrimony. Treat every profile as someone’s son, daughter, or family member. These guidelines protect dignity and trust.

• Use real photos and accurate personal details.
• Do not invent jobs, education, marital status, or location.
• If creating a profile for a relative, say so clearly and keep their consent.

• No insults, caste/religion hate, or body shaming.
• No sexual, vulgar, or harassing messages or photos.
• Accept “no” gracefully — do not pressure for contact details.

• Do not share another person’s private data publicly.
• Do not demand government IDs, bank details, or OTPs.
• Prefer in-app chat until you are comfortable; meet offline safely.

• No money requests, “urgent help”, crypto, or investment pitches.
• No advertising businesses, jobs, or other apps.
• No fake accounts, bots, or mass liking to game the system.

• Clear, recent photos of the profile person.
• No nudity, children in suggestive contexts, or stolen images.
• Group photos are fine if the main person is identifiable.

Use in-app Report / Block for anything that feels unsafe. Our team reviews reports and may warn, hide content, or ban accounts. False reports may also lead to action.
